Translation:

To Emperor Caesar Publius Licinius Gallienus, Pius, Felix, Augustus, our lord, [chief] priest, holding tribunician power for the fourteenth time, consul [for the sixth and designated] for the seventh time, father of the country, proconsul, [and Cornelia] Salonina Augusta [wife] of [·· ? ··] Gallienus Augustus; the people of Sabratha (set this up) publicly.

Commentary:

l. 3. trib. pot. XIIII. On the normal reckoning 10 Dec. 265-9 Dec. 266. Gallienus was cos. VII on 1 Jan. 266. But see Alföldi , JRS XXX (1940) 1 ff.
