Fragmentary sandstone block (surviving, w: 0.82 x h: 0.52 x d: 0.35), formerly stuccoed and now badly weathered.

Inscribed on one face with part of a monumental inscription. 
Letters:
Lapidary capitals, probably first century: 0.21.  
Date:
Probably first century A.D. (lettering).  
Findspot:
Oea: The Spanish Fort, Tripoli. Found in 1914-1915 during demolition of the fort.
