Translation:

To emperor Caesar Marcus Aurelius Antoninus Augustus Pius, holding tribunician power for the fourth time, proconsul, son of emperor Caesar Lucius Septimius Severus Pius Pertinax Augustus, victor in Arabia, victor in Adiabene, greatest victor in Parthia, most fortunate, father of the country; Marcus Junius Punicus, equestrian imperial agent at a salary of sixty thousand sesterces in charge of the province of Thrace, and at a salary of one hundred thousand in Alexandria, at the Temple of Mercury.
