Inscribed on one face within a moulded panel (die,w: 0.76 x h: 0.29, height incomplete).  
Letters:
Rustic capitals: l.1, 0.07; ll. 2-3, 0.05. 
Date:
Second to early third centuries A.D. (lettering)

Lepcis Magna: Theatre; Found near the rear Portico, built into the North wall.
