Block (w: 0.50 x h: 0.55 x d: 0.34) of friable grey-brown limestone. 
Text:
Inscribed on one face within a round-headed panel (die, w: 0.38 x h: 0.35). The panel conforms to the shape of the block, which is rounded above, with acroteria.  
Letters:
Rather irregular capitals: 0.045.
