Translation:

To emperor Caesar Publius Licinius Egnatius Gallienus, unconquered, Pius, Felix, Augustus, chief priest, greatest victor in Parthia, victor in Germany, holding tribunician power for the tenth time, consul for the fifth, father of the country, proconsul. Milestone [?one hundred and eight].
