Findspot:
Lepcis Magna: Along the presumed line of a road from the Circus to the Port. Seen by Aurigemma in 1912, about 100 m. West of the Circus and 30 m. from the sea. A third base of the same type was found near- by, but no inscription was legible on it. Since lost. Not seen.
