Translation:
To Lucius Septimius Geta [·· ? ··], most noble Caesar, son (all erased) of emperor Caesar Lucius Septimius Severus Pius Pertinax Augustus; Marcus Ulpius Cerealis, equestrian agent of the Augusti, set this up.
