Rectangular base (w: 0.51 x h: 0.82 x d: 0.45; height incomplete) of yellow-brown limestone. The moulding on the upper edge is lost.

Inscribed on one face within a moulded panel (die, w: 0.35 x h: 0.70).

Rustic capitals, diminishing from 0.09 to 0.03.

Translation:

To Quintus Caecilius Severus Annianus; the Clodii Agrippa and Rufinus, the heirs, in accordance with the will of their father ( erected this), with permission of the most splendid city council.
