Translation

To the perpetual emperor, the unconquered emperor, the strongest emperor, Lucius Domitius Arellianus Pius Felix Augustus, greatest victor in Germany, greatest victor in Carpia, consul three times, father of the country, proconsul. Milestone eighty-two.
