Block of marble, resembling a base (height recorded as 0.30, an obvious error). Seen with 662 in 1895, lying half-buried (see 729). Not seen.

Inscribed within a moulded panel, (length of line of text 0.34), damaged at the upper left-hand corner; l. 1 is cut above the die, ll. 12-13 below it.
