Translation:
To Tiberius Julius Frontinus, of the Roman voting tribe Papiria, flamen (priest) of the deified Augustus, the whole city council of the colony of Lepcis Magna decreed the statue to a deserving man; Tiberius Julius Fronto, son of Tiberius, satisfied by the honour, set it up at his own expense to a most indulgent father.
