Inscribed on one face within a moulded panel (die, w: 0.35 x h: 0.58); uniform with 628, 629. A part of the text has been deliberately erased, and a fresh text (568) inscribed on the left-hand face.

Translation:

To Marcus Aemilius Rufinus, of the Roman voting tribe Papiria, son of Caius Aemilius Rufinus; Aemilia Victrix his mother, set this up at her own expense to a most dutiful son, with the permission (text erased to here) of the most splendid city council.
