Translation:

To Aquila Blaesilla; Quintus Plantius Haterianus erected this to his mother in accordance with the will of Tiberius Plautius Lupus, his brother, with permission of the most splendid city council.

To the same family must belong L. Silius Amicus Haterianus (542), L. Silius Plautius Amicus Haterianus Gavilianus Proximus (635) and L. Silius Plautius Haterianus Blaesilianus (635).
